As we gear up for our upcoming Private Lessons and 10-week Spring Group Music Courses, these workshops offer a wonderful opportunity for families to come together, have fun, and explore all the local music opportunities that we have prepared for the upcoming season.

Elevating String Players
Date: March 18th
Time: 5:30pm – 6:15pm
Age Range: 10-18
Join us for Elevating Strings Players, a workshop designed to take young string enthusiasts on a musical adventure. Led by experienced instructors, participants will receive personalized guidance to enhance their technique and musicianship. Whether you’re mastering the violin or exploring the depths of the cello, this workshop promises to elevate your playing to new heights.
Beginner Choir
Date: March 19th

Age Range: 6-18
Discover the joy of choral singing in Beginner Choir, where aspiring singers of all ages can come together to create beautiful harmonies. Vocal Technique and Performance

Elevating Strings Players

Back by popular demand, Elevating Strings Players returns for another inspiring session dedicated to refining the skills of young string players. Whether you’re a seasoned musician or just starting out, this workshop offers valuable instruction and encouragement to help you reach your musical goals.
Group Piano
Date: March 21st
Time: 4:30pm – 5:15pm and 5:45pm – 6:30pm
Age Range: 6-10 years
In Group Piano free workshop, participants will embark on a collaborative musical journey, exploring the fundamentals of piano playing in a fun and supportive group setting. Led by experienced pianists, this workshop offers hands-on instruction and interactive activities to help participants develop their skills and foster a love for the piano.
Music Production
Date: March 21st
Time: 6:45pm – 7:30pm
Age Range: 12-18
Following Group Piano, our Music Production workshop invites aspiring producers to dive into the world of music creation. From beat-making to digital recording, participants will explore the tools and techniques used to produce their own tracks.
Baby & Me
Date: March 23rd
Time: 4pm – 4:30pm
Age Range: 6-18 months
Our Baby & Me workshop offers parents and their little ones a delightful introduction to the world of music. Through songs, rhymes, and interactive activities, caregivers will bond with their babies while laying the foundation for a lifelong love of music.
Parent and Child
Date: March 23rd

Age Range: 2-5 years
Following Baby & Me, our Parent & Child workshop invites families to continue their musical journey together. From exploring simple rhythms to singing together as a family, this session offers a joyful and enriching experience for parents and children alike.
Bonus FREE Workshop for Parents: How to motivate the musical child?
This workshop, led by James Daly and Isaac Levine of the San Ramon Academy of Music, is designed to ignite and support your child’s love for music. It will provide practical strategies for encouraging their musical achievements and fostering a long-term commitment to the art. The session will emphasize the importance of active music engagement over mere practice, and highlight the benefits of ensemble participation. Attendees will also learn about the San Ramon Youth String Orchestra (SRYSO), a community that offers a structured path for musical development through to the San Ramon Concert Ensemble (SRCE). This workshop is an opportunity to empower your support for your child’s musical journey.
