About Shane
Hello there! My name is Shane Common, and I am a piano instructor at the San Ramon Academy of Music. I am currently earning my bachelor’s degree in Music Composition at Las Positas Community College in Livermore.
In my studio, I prioritize both fun and important guidance during lessons. I aim to make piano lessons a highlight of each student’s week, ensuring they are comfortable and engaged. I teach students aged 5 and up, at any skill level.
Outside of music, I enjoy watching movies, reading, and sports. I believe a diverse lifestyle makes performing music even more rewarding. I look forward to sharing my passion for piano with you and helping you on your musical journey!
